Infinity Dev ("we", "us") operates the OnceUpon.AI mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection and use of personal data.
When you use OnceUpon.AI, you may provide: a character name, character age, and story topic. This information is used solely to generate personalized fairy tales and is not stored on our servers. It does not represent real personal data of any individual.
We use the OpenAI API to generate story content and text-to-speech audio. Your story inputs (character name, age, topic) are sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI processes this data according to their Privacy Policy. We do not send any personally identifiable information to OpenAI.
We use Apple's StoreKit for subscription management. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy.
Generated stories and your preferences are saved locally on your device only. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.
OnceUpon.AI is designed for use by parents and guardians to create fairy tales for children. The app does not collect personal information from children. All interactions are intended to be performed by an adult user.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete all saved stories and preferences by deleting the app from your device. No account creation is required to use the app, and we do not maintain any user database.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
